Do you recognize yourself in this: a stolen or missing bike? Let's get it back!

When bikes get stolen, our members feel the pain. And so do we! As our Bike Hunter you will have an amazing impact on getting our missing bikes back in Amsterdam. In this job you will become fully responsible for making sure we get bikes back to their rightful users. If you have an analytical mind and a passion for justice, this role is perfect for you! Setting up procedures for bike surveillance and the so called 'city sweeps' (a.k.a. getting the bikes back) will be your primary focus.

And to make the job even more easy and fun: we are using trackers on our bikes. Once our members report to us that the bike is stolen, you can hunt these e-bikes in Amsterdam by driving with a van through the city. It goes without saying that, in this role, you also will have close contact with the police. We have a particular way of bike hunting, but it is up to you to oversee and improve our hunting process in Amsterdam.  You will also be answering questions on the street, and explain what you're doing to members or people passing by during bike hunting or city sweep activities.
