ExMyB has grown 10X in revenue over the past 6 months and plans a 30X growth over the next 12-18 months. ExMyB is looking forward to building a world class platform for buyers and partners and thus hiring for several positions across multiple departments.
Job Description:
Working closely with the leadership and business, you will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning and delivery of HR services. You will be responsible for performing a variety of HR support.
Responsibility:
• Partner with Sr managers to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs including pipelines for future business needs.

• Responsible for leadership hiring.
• Produce and update job specifications and descriptions.
• Produce and update job specifications and descriptions.
• Arrange recruitment materials.
• Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards.
• Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications.
• Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience
• Follow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal records
Requirements:
• Professional with 4-7 years of experience are preferred
• Demonstrate exceptional experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.

• Ability to communicate, connect and develop trust quickly

sense and pragmatism.
