Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead end-to-end HR projects from planning and business case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- →Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks and success measures.
- →Manage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to HR leadership.
- →Lead performance management initiatives, including performance frameworks, goal setting, feedback and development planning.
- →Support HR transformation and new ways of working across the HR organisation.
- →Analyse and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience.
- →Facilitate workshops for process redesign, workflow optimisation and role clarification.
- →Support the implementation and adoption of new HR processes and operating models.
- →Drive continuous improvement across Learning & Development, organisational effectiveness and HR service delivery.
- →Work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders and employees to translate strategy into practical solutions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR project management and HR transformation.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development and performance management.
- Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness, process redesign and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and storytelling skills.
- Good level of English and Dutch and/or French.
