Responsibilities

End‑to‑end event management:Coordinating catering requests, entering orders in CaterTrax, creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.

Client partnership:Meeting with clients to review and detail events, understand their vision, and deliver exceptional service.

Operational leadership:Overseeing set‑up, execution, and breakdown of events; ensuring all catering deliveries are timely and accurate.

Team management:Leading a talented team of four—including a Catering Supervisor, two Catering Attendants, and a Pantry Attendant who supports catering operations.

Daily logistics & quality control:Maintaining smooth day‑to‑day catering flow, upholding service standards, and ensuring high‑quality presentation and guest experience.
