Healthcare ClinicalENT Specialist

Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.

Why is this role important to Field Nation?

The Sales Development Specialist plays an important role in generating new pipeline for Field Nation as part of our Sales Development team.

Initially, this role will focus primarily on converting inbound demand. You will often be the first person prospective buyers speak with, responsible for understanding their needs, determining fit, and connecting qualified opportunities with the appropriate sales team.

As Field Nation’s inbound process becomes more automated and streamlined, the role is expected to shift increasingly toward outbound prospecting and meeting generation. In that capacity, the focus will be on identifying and engaging prospective buyers, creating interest in Field Nation, and securing qualified meetings for our sales team. We’re looking for someone who can execute structured inbound qualification effectively today while bringing the confidence, persistence, and communication skills to proactively create new sales conversations over time.

You’ll work within established sales development processes and playbooks, independently managing your assigned responsibilities while receiving ongoing coaching to continue developing your skills. You'll collaborate closely with our U.S.-based Sales and Marketing teams and other Sales Development teammates to deliver a consistent, high-quality prospect experience and contribute to pipeline generation.
