Responsibilities

  • →Work directly with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver maximum customer and business value.
  • →Conduct customer research, analyze product data, and evaluate workflows to ensure we are building intuitive, high-impact features within the FieldPulse core platform.
  • →Craft detailed PRDs, create low- and high-fidelity mockups, and partner closely with engineering and design to deliver features from conception through launch.
  • →Develop deep expertise across core product areas such as scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments.
  • →Act as the subject matter expert for the FieldPulse core platform, supporting Sales and Customer Success through enablement, product knowledge, and continuous improvements.
  • Solid foundation in product thinking and an interest in technical concepts (APIs, systems, etc), no deep experience required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are key.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) through internships, school projects, or early career roles.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an interest in understanding how product decisions drive both user experience and business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, demonstrated through academic success (e.g., graduating with honors), internships, or hands-on projects.
