Senior Program Manager (f/m/d)

As a Senior Program Manager (f/m/d) at finbyte, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex client programs. You ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, time, budget, and quality standards and act as the primary delivery and escalation contact for senior client stakeholders.

  Plan, steer, and control complex programs and multiple related projects

  Act as the main delivery and escalation contact for clients

• →

  Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• →

  Define program scope, milestones, governance, and delivery structure

• →

  Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation measures

• →

  Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners

• →

  Manage budgets and provide regular status and financial reporting

• →

  Ensure contractual, quality, and governance standards are met

• →

  Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes

• →

  Occasional travel within the DACH region
  

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• Several years of experience in program or project management, ideally in consulting or professional services

• Experience delivering complex, technology-driven programs (FinTech experience is a plus)

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experienced in fast paced software delivery cycles

• Solid knowledge of project/program management methodologies

• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is an advantage

• Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (C1 or higher) are mandatory

• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (hybrid working model)
