We're looking for a confident, motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, problem-solving, and experienced Non-Voice Customer Service Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Email / Chat Support Executive, you will be the frontline of customer interaction, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled with excellence and efficiency. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our customer service, supporting our objectives, and enhancing client satisfaction. What You'll Do: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate technical support. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and other technical issues, guiding customers through solutions with patience and clarity. Identify customer needs and seamlessly introduce upgrades, add-ons, or premium services that align with their requirements. Document customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Requirements Outstanding written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling. Empathy and professionalism in customer interactions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Experience using CRM systems and knowledge base tools.
