If yes, Flatworld Philippines invites you to join our team as a Technical Support Executive. As a Technical Support Executive at Flatworld Philippines, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional technical support and customer service. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations and ensuring client satisfaction by resolving technical issues efficiently. What You'll Do Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and other technical aspects. Identify and recommend products or services that meet customer needs, enhancing their experience and our business opportunities. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Stay abreast of new product features and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to better serve our clients. Requirements 1-2 years experience in a technical support role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a clear understanding of technology concepts. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience in upselling with a persuasive and confident approach. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
