• →Inspect mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• →Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and procedures
• →Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, microscopes, optical comparators, and drop gages
• →Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools and microscopes
• →Maintain steady production flow to meet weekly schedules
• →Follow detailed instructions from engineering and production leadership
• →Handle small parts with high accuracy and care
• →Support quality and compliance processes in a manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy – required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions – required
• Experience working with small parts, hand tools, and microscopes – required
• Blueprint and technical procedure reading experience – required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment – required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods – required
• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), cleanroom environments, or welding/brazing – preferred
• Ability to lift 5–20 lbs – required
