Tile Installer (Experienced)

As a Tile Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality backsplash and tile installations while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• →Install tile backsplashes and other tile projects with precision and attention to detail
• →Read and interpret custom layouts and installation plans
• →Prepare surfaces, including waterproofing, drywall repair, and other necessary prep work
• →Remove existing tile when required
• →Ensure all installations meet FLOFORM's quality standards
• →Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently
• →Communicate professionally with homeowners and business clients throughout the installation process
• →Coordinate with the office team to resolve job site concerns when necessary
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• 1–2 years of tile installation experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand detailed installation layouts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel to customer homes and businesses throughout the service area
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
