Bank Teller

At F&M Trust, we believe great banking starts with great people. We're searching for a Financial Services Representative who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences.

In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for customers by assisting with day-to-day banking needs, building lasting relationships, and connecting customers with products and services that support their financial goals.

Whether you have banking experience or come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed and grow your career. 

• →Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during every customer interaction
• →Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions
• →Build relationships by engaging customers in meaningful conversations
• →Understand customer needs and recommend beneficial banking solutions
• →Assist with account servicing requests and banking inquiries
• →Maintain accuracy while handling cash and balancing transactions
• →Support branch goals through teamwork, referrals, and exceptional service
• →Follow bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
• →Continue developing banking knowledge through training and professional development

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills

• Cash-handling experience
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience
