🌟 We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to our clientele. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within the luxury home furnishing industry.

You will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy of our internal systems, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a premium design-driven business.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the company’s Management Information System (MIS), and ensure accuracy of transactions related but not limited to:
- Customer database
- Sales records
- Inventory movements
Ensure compliance with sales process SOPs and support implementation across teams
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to fulfill account requirements
Assist the Projects team in daily operational requirements, such as but not limited to:
- Composition of business letters and executive summaries
- Computation of costing studies
- Planning and plotting of schedules to meet deliverables
Manage the daily run-through of tasks, track account progress, and help ensure deadlines are met
Review and organize contracts for different projects

🎯 Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course from a reputable university
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Willing to work on weekends, as needed
