Warehouse E-Commerce and Inventory Associate

About the Role

As a Warehouse E-Commerce & Inventory Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Department, supporting the company's e-commerce and inventory management functions. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and daily operations of the company's warehouse e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience while maintaining the digital tools, systems, and platforms essential to e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Operations

  • Maintain and monitor e-commerce systems, tools, and platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, and online inventory availability across platforms.

  • Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, and shipment tracking.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations to support business initiatives.

  • Ensure excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and solution-oriented communication.

• Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.

  • Perform inventory reconciliation and assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits.

  • Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.

  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing operational data to support inventory and business decisions.

  • Help improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, E-Commerce, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willing to work onsite in Pines, Mandaluyong office.

Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

• Experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.

• Background in customer service or order fulfillment processes.
