Our Goal is to provide Professional Customer Service from the time the order is taken, to getting it into the oven within 2 minutes. To have that order ready for pick up within 20 minutes, and out the door to the customer within 30 minutes.

Position reports to: Manager(s) on duty.

Duties to include;

• Prompt, polite, precise order taking, both on the phone and in person.
• Making of pizza and all other products sold at the store.
• Responsible for Food Prep, and maintaining proper levels as per Manager’s instructions
• Responsible for getting the correct order to the correct Customer.
• Responsible for handling cash transactions as per Management policy.
• Keeping work area clean and organized, both inside and outside.
• Keeping work area properly stocked with required condiments, (napkins, straws, sodas etc.).
• Misc. cleaning duties as assigned. These duties to include dishes, floors, trash and walls if required.
• Responsible for sorting pizza screens.
• Supporting other Team Members as needed.
• Misc. duties assigned by the Manager (s) on duty.
• Responsible for communicating Customer comments and concerns to Management.

You are the most frequent link with our valuable Customers; therefore your Management Team will give you all the assistance needed to perform your duties Professionally.
