Managing Director – Retail Fashion

Our client is a leading fashion retail group with a strong footprint across Saudi Arabia. The organisation manages multiple international and regional brands.

The Managing Director will lead overall retail performance across fashion brands. This role will oversee merchandising, operations, marketing, and expansion strategy. A key focus will be driving profitability, brand positioning, and customer engagement. The MD will manage senior leadership teams and partner with brand principals. This role carries full P&L responsibility and strategic influence.

Candidates must have senior leadership experience within fashion or lifestyle retail. Strong exposure to Saudi retail dynamics is essential. The ideal profile demonstrates commercial leadership, brand understanding, and operational discipline. Experience managing multi-brand portfolios is highly advantageous.
