Responsibilities

•  Meet and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests so as to achieve high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure ​.
• Promote and maintain good working relations with airline desk, customs, immigration and other airport personnel’s ​.
• Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide personalized service ​.
• Co-ordinate and assist transportation requirements of the guest.
• Expedite the guest entry to the country by ensuring entry visas etc. are correct and have full and up to date knowledge of the visa procedures.

• Candidates should have 1 to 2 years previous experience in a 5* luxury, fast paced environment. ​
• English 90% and Spanish

• Driving Licence

• Previous knowledge in Opera

• Computer skills / Excel / Word and Power Point

• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility of schedules
• Live near to Liberia Airport.
