About the Role
~1 min readAs an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will lead Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Four Seasons standards. You will act as a key leader within the Front Office team and replace the Front Office Manager during their absence.
Responsibilities
~1 min read· Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints, and accommodate special requests.
· Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements; review daily arrivals for VIPs and groups.
· Serve as a point of contact for VIP and Elite guests from pre-arrival through departure.
· Train, develop, and mentor Front Office team members; conduct interviews and evaluations.
· Manage scheduling, attendance closure, and oversee operations in the absence of higher management.
· Take ownership of projects to enhance guest and employee experiences.
· Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stressful situations.
· Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
· Flexible schedule to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Minimum 1 year of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Front Office at a 5-star hotel.
