About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team! The Assistant Manager of Engineering plays a key role in overseeing the daily maintenance and repair operations across the hotel. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, Powerhouse, RO plant, and STP are kept in optimal condition, maintaining the high standards of quality and functionality that Four Seasons is known for.

Responsibilities

→Proven experience in engineering, preferably within a large hotel that delivers five star quality.

→Mechanical/Electrical experience is required.

→The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels, across all areas, including contractors, suppliers, guests and of course our employees.

→A passion for providing a great guest experience and impeccable product.

→Solid verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

→Strong project management skills and exceptional organizational skills.

This is a full-time position.

This role will primarily operate during regular weekday business hours. However, based on operational needs, occasional work on weekends and public holidays may be required.
