Es el encargado de garantizar el correcto manejo y conservación de los uniformes, lo que incluye reparar prendas tanto de empleados como de huéspedes, así como gestionar su entrega y retiro. Además, se encarga de realizar ajustes y tomas de talla siguiendo los estándares de Four Seasons.

Asignará, personalizará y ajustará los uniformes para colaboradores de nuevo ingreso.
Arreglar y/o ajustará ropa de empleados y huéspedes.
Registrará en bitácora de los uniformes entregados a lavandería para su limpieza.
Revisar y seleccionará los uniformes separando los que están en mal estado para ser dados de baja.
Revisar los uniformes uno por uno y los guardará en el departamento que correspondan.
Harcer el cambios de uniforme sucios por limpio a todos los colaboradores.
Reportar al supervisor de lavanderia cuando los uniformes sufran algún daño o maltrato fuera de lo normal.
Bordar con el No. de colaborador todos los uniformes para un mejor control.
Bordar prendas de acuerdo con la solicitud del departamento de ama de llaves
