Responsibilities

→Prepare for the shift, Maintain Symphony, Printers, Guest checks and folders to ensure sufficient stock and preparedness
→Prepares the float for the department
→Meet, greet and bid farewell to guest according to standards
→Open and close the cash bill
→Enter all data correctly in the Symphony
→Ensure that all transactions are correct
→Ensures best practice and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates the same to the managers
→Ensures financial performance of operation by diligently controlling all finance accounts related documents, verifies correctness of invoices and guest checks
→Keep work place tidy and clean at all times, maintains personal hygiene
→Actively take part in food and beverage support requirement
→Adhere and follow standards in accordance with Four Seasons policies undefined

→1-2 years of previous experience in the similar
→Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
→Strong administrative abilities, knowledge of different F&B and Hotel software is an advantage
→Attention to the details and strong communication skills
