• Create and execute quarterly account plans and make recommendations re: pricing, yield management, room night production, sales activities, etc.制定并执行季度客户计划，并就定价、收益管理、间夜产量、销售活动等方面提出建议。

• Manage annual RFP process for each individual targeted account including account and market intelligence and pricing recommendations to maximize hotel profitability and secure travel program inclusion.管理每个目标客户的年度RFP流程，包括客户和市场情报分析及定价建议，以最大化酒店盈利能力并确保被纳入差旅计划。

• Ability to plan activities in advance. Ability to coordinate special events, promotions and other required management duties as assigned.具备提前规划活动的能力。能够协调特别活动、促销活动及其他分配的管理职责。

• Identify, select and participate in local organization that will garner positive exposure for hotel, increase network of potential clients, and generate new business opportunities. Ideally, manager would have opportunity to serve on a committee or board to demonstrate leadership within the community.识别、选择并参与当地组织，为酒店赢得正面曝光，扩大潜在客户网络，并创造新的业务机会。理想情况下，经理应有机会在委员会或董事会任职，以展现其在社区中的领导力。

• Maintain thorough and complete product knowledge of FS hotel property and in-depth understanding of comp set's Features/Advantages/Benefits.保持对四季酒店物业全面完整的产品知识，并深入了解竞争酒店组合的特点/优势/利益。

• Perform customer site inspections to uncover needs and present solutions that will maximize booking opportunity and create strong customer relationships.执行客户实地考察，发掘需求并提出能够最大化预订机会的解决方案，建立牢固的客户关系。

• College Degree or equivalent experience. Alternatively with hotel or tourism school certification. Good personal & professional references.大学学位或同等经验。或持有酒店或旅游学校证书。良好的个人及职业推荐信。
• Previous experience minimum 2 years in similar position with proven sales track record.具有至少2年类似职位的先前经验，并有可靠的销售业绩记录。
• Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years) or operational hotel experience.拥有豪华酒店销售经验（至少3年）或酒店运营经验将被优先考虑。
