The F&B Service Intern is responsible for offering restaurant guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience. Providing impeccable service at all times to guests in the Restaurant, Bar and Terrace. Support servers, cocktail servers, and managers during times of service.

• →Have knowledge of full restaurant menu in order to be able to provide extensive descriptions of the dishes to our guests.
• →Have knowledge of the wine list and cocktails with the ability to effectively provide descriptions to our guests on wines by the glass and signature cocktails, as a minimum.
• →Responsibility for all the dishes expedited from the kitchen, their presentation and delivery to the correct table.
• →Assist with the cleaning of operational areas.
• →Assist with the setup of the dining areas.
