About the Role
~1 min readAssist with administrative duties, including preparing correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
Support the coordination of schedules, meetings, and departmental events.
Help manage and organize files, records, and office inventories for the F&B department.
Collaborate with outlet teams to facilitate communication between operations and management.
Assist in the preparation of banquet materials such as menus, table tags, and signages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the F&B office and storage areas.
Support in responding to guest and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Participate in compiling meeting notes, reports, and other documents as assigned.
Learn to handle reservation tools such as OpenTable and assist in tracking event inquiries or bookings.
Contribute to special projects such as menu updates, marketing materials, and data entry for departmental initiatives.
Uphold Four Seasons standards of professionalism, organization, and service excellence in all tasks.
Education: Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous administrative or hospitality-related experience is an advantage but not required.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of systems such as OpenTable is an asset.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, eager to support various F&B outlets and management functions.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proactivity: Positive attitude, adaptable to changing needs, and resourceful in problem-solving.
Learning mindset: Enthusiasm for understanding Food & Beverage operations within a luxury resort environment.
