The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Jardin, French Bistro, reporting into the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

→Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
→Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
→Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
Japanese language proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional restaurant environment.
Eligibility to work in Japan, or the ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization under Japanese immigration regulations.
