Are you ready to take the next big step in your culinary career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Seasonal Part-Time Pastry Commis I who shares our passion for food is willing to learn from and contribute to our pastry team.

This seasonal position is from beginning of November 2026 to approximately end of December 2026. 
 

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for baking and a keen sense for flavors, color and texture in what they produce. Creativity and flair, the ability to work together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors is required. Candidates will need to feel comfortable working alone. Excellent communication skills are essential in addition to being trained and certified in safe food handling. The Baker position is required to operate, maintain and properly clean all baking equipment and tools. Position also requires continuous standing for the majority of the shift and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Applicants are required to have minimum 2 years of baking kitchen experience. The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task.

• At minimum 2 years previous baking experience in a fast paced kitchen operation
• Exceptional communication skills, command of English language
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
• A culinary training degree with a focus on baking and pastry is preferred, but not a must

The ideal candidate will have an open work schedule and able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
