We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Pastry team as a Pastry Cook 2!

Responsibilities

Prepare pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to Four Seasons standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.

Complete daily mise en place and station setup to support all meal periods and special events.

Prepare ingredients and products in advance based on business needs while minimizing waste.

Maintain proper food storage, labeling, dating, and rotation procedures in compliance with food safety standards.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or product needs to leadership.
→
Operate, clean, and maintain pastry and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
→
Support food cost control initiatives through proper portioning and waste management.
→
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and uphold Four Seasons standards of conduct and service excellence.

Requirements

Previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced, Pastry kitchen.
Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
