→Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
→Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information
→Communicate with the Back Office Manager if any issues arise
→Help to perform a timely investigation of any client requests/complaints
→Assist Onboarding/Support teams in replying to client queries
→Work with the Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases when necessary
→Conciliate with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
→Other ad-hoc duties as per management’s request

Around 1 year of experience in payments, transactions, or a similar financial operations role
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
Previous experience communicating with clients is a plus
A team player with excellent communication skills

Excellent written and spoken English
Prior experience in customer support, and particularly in forex, CFDs or the wider financial services industry, will be considered an advantage
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work rotation shifts Monday - Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM UTC+8
