Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and manage a high-value network of relationships that can meaningfully elevate Frank & Eileen.
- →Develop and nurture relationships with female founders, entrepreneurs, creative leaders, cultural voices, influential women, select talent, and other individuals who authentically align with Frank & Eileen
- →Build relationships with women-led businesses and organizations that can become part of the broader Frank & Eileen community
- →Build relationships for the long term, moving beyond one-off transactions toward genuine brand advocacy
- →Develop thoughtful strategies for product seeding, organic engagement, paid partnerships, campaigns, appearances, and other opportunities
- →Partner with the CMO and leadership team on priority external relationships and opportunities
- →Maintain a clear pipeline of priority relationships and opportunities
- Identify and develop partnerships with companies and organizations that expand Frank & Eileen's cultural relevance and introduce the brand to new audiences.
- Develop the strategy and pipeline for brand collaborations, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality partnerships, and other external opportunities
- Proactively identify brands, with an emphasis on women-led and female-founded businesses, that have strong customer and values alignment
- Evaluate inbound opportunities against clear strategic and commercial criteria
- Lead partnership development from initial outreach and concept through negotiation, execution, and hindsight
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Growth, Retail, Ecommerce, Product, and other teams to bring partnerships to life
- Develop fewer, bigger, more meaningful partnerships rather than pursuing partnerships for partnership's sake
- Build a modern creator strategy that balances scale with highly curated, brand-right relationships
- Own Frank & Eileen's overarching creator and influencer relationship strategy
- Develop direct relationships with priority creators and their management teams
- Oversee external creator and influencer agencies, ensuring they are delivering against clear objectives and KPIs
- Partner with Performance Creative and Growth Marketing to identify creator content that can extend into paid media
- Develop a thoughtful mix of organic seeding, long-term relationships, paid creator partnerships, and larger talent programs
- Establish measurement and reporting to understand which relationships, creators, and programs are driving meaningful impact
- Continually identify new voices and communities that can introduce Frank & Eileen to the next generation of customers while remaining authentic to the brand
- Lead the strategy for events and experiences that bring the Frank & Eileen brand and community together in real life.
- Own the annual strategy and calendar for brand events, partnership activations, community experiences, dinners, store events, and other high-touch moments
- Determine where events can meaningfully support brand storytelling, customer acquisition, community building, retail, partnerships, and PR
- Develop concepts in partnership with the Creative and Integrated Marketing teams
- Oversee external event partners and agencies as needed
- Manage guest strategy and ensure the right mix of customers, talent, creators, founders, press, and cultural connectors are in the room
- Build repeatable event formats where appropriate while identifying moments that warrant larger, one-of-a-kind experiences
- Establish clear objectives and post-event hindsights to understand impact

Compensation
Starting Salary Range of $200,000-$225,000
