Stylist & Keyholder

• →Serve as a brand ambassador and stylist, guiding customers through our collections and curating looks tailored to their lifestyle.
• →Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is customer-ready.
• →Build long-term relationships through clienteling excellence: thoughtful follow-up, personalized outreach, and one-on-one styling appointments.
• →Partner with the management team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
• →Inspire teammates by modeling exceptional service, teamwork, and positive energy on the sales floor.
• →Deliver exceptional experiences during peak moments.
• →Support daily operational tasks, including:
  Steaming and preparing product for the floor.
  Replenishing, organizing, and maintaining pristine presentation standards.
  Participating in cleaning and upkeep to ensure an elevated environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to navigate stairs and move between multiple floor levels throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to replenish/organize merchandise and assist customers.
• Manual dexterity to handle merchandise, operate a POS system, and process transactions.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range starting at $22-$28 plus eligible for team bonus incentive program.
