• →Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
• →Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
• →Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
• →Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
• →Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• →Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
• →Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
• →Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
• →Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.

Qualifications:

• →Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, cargo project management, or a related field required.
• →Strong organizational and time management skills.
• →Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• →Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• →Bilingual in English and Korean.

The base salary range for this role is between $60,000-$73,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
