  • Lead interpretation of client strategic business objectives, translating vision into actionable organisational designs and transformation roadmaps
  • Design business structures, operations and capabilities aligned to client goals, ensuring strategic coherence across the enterprise
  • Conduct capability assessments and maturity evaluations, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Develop business capability maps, operating models and organisational blueprints that define future-state target architectures
  • Apply and develop business architecture frameworks, principles and techniques
  • Advise and guide business stakeholders, programme teams and change managers on how to implement business architecture recommendations
  • Support pre-sales activities, discovery engagements and proposal development

About you

  • Proven track record as a Business Architect delivering strategic transformation programmes with demonstrable impact on organisational capability and business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence across all levels of leadership and senior management
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Confident workshop facilitator and presenter, able to lead productive sessions with diverse stakeholder groups

  • Operating model design and target operating model development
  • Business capability mapping and value stream analysis techniques
  • Public sector, government or regulated industry experience

Financial services, healthcare or defense sector knowledge
