We are looking for a Lead Senior Electrical Commissioning Engineer who can lead from the front, solve complex technical challenges, and drive commissioning outcomes in high-stakes environments. 

This is not a checklist-driven commissioning role. 
 
This is a position for someone who: 
• Owns outcomes, not just tasks 
• Understands systems holistically, not in silos 
• Can operate independently while leading others 
 
You will play a direct role in ensuring critical systems are designed correctly, installed properly, and perform under real-world conditions. 

Regular travel to project sites with potential for broader U.S. travel. Must be able to work on-site as required.

Salary range: $130,000-$170,000 - based on experience
