Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand game systems and logic
A product-oriented mindset with curiosity about how games perform and improve
Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry
Understanding of player behavior and the ability to use data to evaluate and improve gameplay, level balance, and player experience
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
No need to have prior experience, your enthusiasm and determination is the key

Responsibilities

→Design and create game levels, ensuring balance, flow, and engaging player experiences
→Playtest continuously to adjust pacing, difficulty curves, and player satisfaction.
→Analyze level funnel metrics, drop-off points, and player feedback to optimize gameplay performance.
→Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and art team members to implement and refine game content
→Deconstruct competitor games, study puzzle mechanics, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
