→Legal Advisory
- →Advise management and business teams on legal risks and implications of business decisions
- →Interpret laws, regulations, and internal policies
→Contract Management
- →Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.g., vendor, partnership, employment, NDAs)
- →Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with company objectives
→Compliance & Governance
- →Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- →Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures
- →Support corporate governance matters (board resolutions, filings, etc.)
→Risk Management
- →Identify legal risks and provide mitigation strategies
- →Manage disputes, claims, and litigation (coordinate with external counsel if needed)
→Regulatory & Corporate Matters
- →Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders
- →Manage licensing, filings, and statutory obligations
→Training & Stakeholder Support
- →Provide legal training to internal teams
- →Act as a business partner to HR, Finance, and Operations
