As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking to hire a Partnerships & Integrations Manager to join us in Limassol, Cyprus. You will promote the services of our integrated partners to clients, build and manage our Introducing Broker (IB) network, and generate new business leads directly.

Promote the services of the Company's integrated partners (PSPs, trading platforms, KYC/AML vendors and others) to clients, matching partner solutions to client needs.

Recruit, onboard and maintain relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), and arrange IB agreements in coordination with the legal team.

Introduce IB-referred and self-generated leads to the Sales team, providing full context on background and fit.

Learn the Company's CRM platform and stay up to date with its key features and capabilities.

Proactively source new business leads through networking, LinkedIn and industry contacts.

Liaise with Sales and Marketing to align partner and IB activity with go-to-market initiatives.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of partners, IBs, and referred leads in the Company's CRM or equivalent.
Solid experience in partnerships management, business development, or sales — ideally in forex or a related industry.
Proven experience negotiating and managing partnerships or IB agreements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English.
