The platform provides a wide range of functionality for clients and managers of forex companies. Lead management, verification, finance, integration with trading platforms (MT4, MT5, CTrader, DevXperts, XOpenHub, and others), reports, automation, and much more. Additional logical blocks are developed and provided as separate modules.
During our time in the market, our products have gained wide recognition and popularity among financial companies. Our clients are companies from Europe, Asia, Africa, and other parts of the world. Our customer service department constantly advises clients on how the system works, helps to set up various parts of it, and provides training so that clients can handle the setup themselves. As our client base grows and new tasks emerge, we are expanding and therefore adding new people to our team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Engaging with company clients through ticketing system and LiveChat.
- Helping clients with CRM settings.
- Identifying and reporting system and functional issues and redirecting them to the appropriate team members.
- Monitoring the process until the issue is resolved.
- Resolving configuration-related issues and informing clients on how they can resolve these issues themselves.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and oral.
- Attention to detail, perseverance, ability to work with a large volume of information.
A plus will be:
- Experience in IT support role.
- Experience in providing technical support to companies in the B2B segment.
- Knowledge of the Forex market is more than welcomed.
