Responsibilities

→Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Component Solutions sales and leadership teams, delivering insights that influence pricing, margin optimization, and strategic decision-making
→Lead advanced financial analysis and modeling, including contribution margin, customer profitability, product mix, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
→Own and enhance internal management reporting and KPI dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities
→Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial review materials for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, drivers, and recommendations
→Proactively identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, including new business, pricing strategies, and profit improvement initiatives
→Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership) to support execution of financial and operational initiatives
→Support capital investment analysis and post-investment performance tracking
→Independently manage ad hoc analytical projects with minimal oversight, providing clear, data-driven conclusions
→Act as a mentor or informal resource to junior analysts, helping elevate analytical rigor and best practices across the team

Skills / Qualifications:

→Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field (MBA a plus)
→5-8+ years’ of progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
→Advanced financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills
→Expert-level proficiency in Excel; experience with large, complex datasets and financial systems
→Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including pricing, margins, and profitability analysis
→Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations
→Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
→Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
→Highly analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
→Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
→Travel requirements up to 10%
