Galaxy is one of the largest and leading firms in the Cryptocurrency space and is building cutting edge technology to help it grow and scale with the ever-increasing demand. You will be working with a unique and driven team building exciting new systems from scratch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business owners. In this position, you will be managing multiple workstreams that are priorities for the entire firm to achieve long term goals. You appreciate a well thought out strategy, care about best-in-class execution, and understand how to track and measure a program’s impact.

• →Collaborate with teams to deliver meaningful outcomes to business lines at Galaxy
• →Partner with business unit(s) to solve problems and manage execution related to business expansion, regulatory change, and technology delivery
• →Work with business unit to help translate requirements into deliverable specs
• →Manage overall project lifecycle and implement project management processes to ensure excellent delivery
• →Ability to understand regulatory landscape to assess business impact, structure and execute on reg. change program delivery
• →Partner with groups across the company (finance, compliance, risk, technology, operations and more to ensure accurate breadth and coverage for any specific project)
• →Through your work, impact and create process inputs, streamline workflows, and improve project management
• →Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders and provide progress, status and risks updates
• →Work on some of the most challenging, ambiguous and critical projects core to the success of Galaxy
• →Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
• →Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

• 7+ years of experience in reg. change, product or project management, business development or management consulting
• Experience with project management or program management practices and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and multitask
• Comfortable working with ambiguity
• Self-starter with a strong desire to make processes more efficient
• Able to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
• An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Experience working with stakeholders across different functions to drive to a common goal
• Familiarity with US regulatory regimes and compliance framework (SEC, CFTC, OCC etc.)
• Entrepreneurial nature and drive to implement change
