THE OPPORTUNITY
Assemble and test of all product that are released to the production floor. Follow all work instructions in order to ensure a safe work environment and quality is being achieved throughout the production process.
SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble and test all electromechanical assemblies per work instructions.
- Assemble and test custom-made cables per work instructions.
- Accurately record work performed and required measurements per manufacturing instructions.
- Abide by all processes established within the work cell to safely complete all tasks.
- Maintain a clean work area daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in electromechanical and cable assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Solder Certification IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 required.
- Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, wire diagrams, etc. required.
- Ability to use basic hand tools in a production environment.
- Willing and able to safely complete all given tasks in order to reach the team/company goals.
- Individual must be able to maintain professionalism while working in a strong team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and self-management of daily tasks are required.
Work environment
- Manufacturing environment.
- Must wear safety glasses while working in the manufacturing area.
- Able to display long periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
