→Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule.
→Ensure products are packaged securely and meet quality standards.
→Prepare shipping labels and stage orders for carrier pickup.
→Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas.
→Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
→Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and efficient.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets functions
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Flexible and willing to take on new challenges as the business grows
Fluency in both English and Spanish
