Gearset is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce because we're obsessed with solving our users' real, complex problems in a simple and intuitive way. That obsession lives and breathes in our UX team. You'll join a team focused on meaningful challenges, working with smart, supportive colleagues who are passionate about quality.

We’re confident in our platform and market potential, and we have big plans for the future. As we continue to grow, we're always looking for talented UX designers to join us. Whether you're a mid-level or Senior UX Designer, we'd love to start a conversation with you.

We empower our team to do their best work with a culture built on trust and a focus on what matters.

You'll work with autonomy and trust. We hire great people and get out of their way. You’ll have the freedom to define your own process and choose the best tools for the job - whether that’s Figma, Miro, or exploring the latest AI tools to enhance your workflow.

You’ll delight our users. You’ll be empowered to connect directly with customers, deeply understand their needs, and ship solutions that have a genuine impact on their work.

You'll champion pragmatic, quality design. You’ll have the time and support to conduct proper discovery and validation, collaborating with engineers who share our commitment to building high-quality, lasting solutions.

You'll be part of a humble and helpful team. We thrive on continuous, constructive feedback in a low-ego environment. You’ll have the psychological safety to take risks, learn, and grow, surrounded by people who want to see you succeed.

Designers who enjoy tackling complex problems and have a passion making them simple and intuitive.

People who are natural communicators, able to clearly and persuasively articulate the "why" behind their design decisions.

Individuals who treat user research as a continuous conversation that informs every decision.

You have experience shipping products and working collaboratively in a continuous development environment.

Someone who values autonomy and minimal bureaucracy, and is trusted to make thoughtful decisions to deliver value.

Someone who thrives in an environment with continuous feedback and the psychological safety to fail, learn, and try again.

Someone who is pragmatic when it comes to design choices and makes objective decisions, always advocating for the best possible user experience.

Someone who focuses on delivering value to customers and iterating based on their feedback.

Experience working on technical applications, developer tools, or SaaS products is a great bonus.

A culture of recognition where your contributions to solving real user problems are valued and celebrated.

Surrounded by smart, pragmatic people who want to do a good job and are always willing to help.

Opportunity to join our Long Term Incentive Plan.

Generous personal development budget for courses, conferences, or whatever is useful to your professional development in the role of up to £1500 per year.
