The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving and retaining commercial HVAC
work within their assigned territory. This includes securing individual replacements, plan-and-spec
projects, and long-term commercial partnerships. The BDM will engage with a wide range of mechanical
companies, from small 1-2 person operations to large firms, positioning our company as the preferred
provider for commercial HVAC solutions.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC sales, business development, or a related mechanical engineering role.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and project sales cycles.
• Proven ability to develop business relationships across all company sizes, from small contractors to large mechanical firms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
