AI Capability Hub Intern

• →Support the team in identifying and documenting business use cases for AI and automation
• →Assist with building and testing prototypes, proofs of concept, and demos using approved GM AI tools
• →Use Google Workspace applications to document work, track projects, and collaborate with the team
• →Help build simple automations and workflows using Google Workspace tools and AI-assisted features
• →Help gather, clean, and organize data for analytics and AI-enabled solutions
• →Contribute to dashboards and reports that track adoption and value of AI initiatives
• →Research emerging AI technologies and summarize findings and best practices for the team
• →Help create documentation, user guides, and training materials
• →Support intake and tracking of AI project requests and status reporting
• →Learn how data flows from source systems to reporting and analytics solutions
• →Collaborate with team members, business partners, and IT under guidance from mentors
• →Share learnings and present a project or findings to the team at the end of the term
• →Participate in team engagement initiatives that promote moments that matter

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, data science, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field
• No prior professional experience required; internships, coursework, or personal projects in analytics or AI are a plus
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and its applications
• Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Python, KNIME, Copilot/generative AI tools, or automation platforms is a plus
• Curiosity and passion for AI, innovation, and automation
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
• Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Willingness to take on new tasks, attend training, and learn from feedback
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Basic written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
