Responsibilities

→Be responsible for bioinformatics projects;
→Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering;
→Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers;
→Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data;

Requirements

PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning, with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development;
Knowledgeable in the field of molecularbiology or protein;
Proficiency in Python/Java/C++.
Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow.
Preferable if the candidate has experience in natural language processing and large language model.
Preferable if the candidate has experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI;
Preferable if the candidate has experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development;
Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects;
Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skills.
