Assist the Vice President and other senior management in developing and implementing strategic plans for the bank
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank, including customer service, loan processing, and branch operations
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
Collaborate with other departments within the bank to achieve overall organizational goals
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to make informed decisions and recommendations
Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting for the bank
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement
Represent the bank at community events and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.
