Business Analyst

• Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead efforts to analyze, optimize, and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution, providing timely updates and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.
• Analyze complex datasets and develop performance metrics and dashboards to track project success.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system specifications, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed.
• ​Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations.
  Support high-visibility business initiatives by conducting feasibility studies, analyzing potential impacts, and providing strategic recommendations.

• Bachelors degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• CBAP certification or similar is an advantage.
• Experience in large, cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
