- Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance
- Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategies
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fair HR practices
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience with HR systems/tools is an advantage
Nice to Have
~1 min read- HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.)
- Experience managing medium or large teams
