Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
Design and develop API-based AI applications and integrations using modern LLM technologies
Build and maintain AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data
Conduct experiments to evaluate and adopt new LLM models, tools, and capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve software, integration, performance, and design-related issues
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver
AI solutions aligned with business requirements
Mentor and guide junior engineers on AI/ML development best practices
Ensure AI model quality, performance, scalability, and reliability through testing and validation
Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and AI research initiatives
Communicate project progress, technical solutions, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders

5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data analytics with strong exposure to Generative AI
Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, Java, or similar technologies
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, PaLM, Cohere, or similar models through APIs
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, Agentic AI, and LLM-based solution design
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar
Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with data engineering, ETL tools, and scalable AI infrastructure
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Preferred Skills
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or advanced AI applications
Understanding of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies
Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions and automation workflows
Exposure to DevOps, MLOps, or AI deployment pipelines

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to innovate and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
