Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, specifically through voice support.
Demonstrated experience in sales and negotiation with a track record of meeting targets.
Experience handling international or global customers is highly preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work onsite during UK working hours on a roster basis.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
